Party too hard in your Crush? Do you need a repair?
Repair and shipping fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Crush is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with repairs.
If materials are still available, we do our best to accommodate repairs made within one year of the original order date. (No exceptions will be made after this timeframe.)
If you don’t plan to wear your Crush right away, please inspect all areas of your suit and test for wear, fit, and durability within that one-year period. After that window, items are no longer eligible for repair.
Repairs are limited to jewel defects, missing stones, or small stitching issues only, and only when the item has been properly worn and washed according to our care instructions. If a suit has not been properly cared for, no replacement or repair options will be offered.
